Leeway has no account, no login and no server. Your habits, notes, history and photos live in a database on your phone and nowhere else. Nothing is uploaded. There is no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
Leeway is a habit tracker made by SoftSync Innovations. This policy explains what happens to your information. It is short because very little happens to it.
Nothing. We do not collect, transmit or receive any personal information.
There is no sign-up, no email address, no phone number, no advertising identifier and no device identifier sent anywhere. We do not know how many people use the app, which features they use, or whether they open it at all.
All of this stays on your phone:
Uninstalling Leeway deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else, which is exactly why the app offers an export.
If you attach a photo to a deadline — a receipt or a warranty card, say — that image is copied into Leeway's own private storage on your phone. It is not added to your gallery, is not visible to other apps, and is never uploaded.
Leeway can read text out of that photo so you can find it again later. This runs entirely on your device, using a text-recognition model bundled inside the app. The image is never sent anywhere for processing, and text recognition works with your phone in airplane mode.
Android's automatic backup is switched off for Leeway, which means these photos and your habit database are never copied to Google Drive.
Leeway can export your data as a backup file or a CSV. You choose when, and where the file goes. Once a file leaves Leeway — into a messaging app, a cloud drive, or your downloads folder — it is covered by whatever app or service you sent it to, and not by this policy.
Leeway Pro is sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google: Leeway never sees your card details, your billing address or your Google account. We receive only a yes-or-no answer about whether a purchase is active, and that answer is stored on your device.

Leeway shows no advertisements, and makes no ad requests.
If that ever changes it will be stated here before it ships, the app will ask for your consent where the law requires it, and buying any paid plan that includes ad removal will switch them off permanently.

Everything you record works in airplane mode. Two things need a connection, and neither sends us anything: buying a plan, and the version check that asks Google Play whether an update exists. If a newer version of Leeway has been published, the app will ask you to install it before continuing — your data is untouched by that, because it lives on your phone rather than inside the app.
Leeway is intended for people aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, contains no content aimed at them, and collects no information from anyone — including children.
Because the app collects nothing and has no account, there is no personal information belonging to a child for us to hold, disclose or delete. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below; there will be nothing to find, and we will confirm that.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to show you, correct, export or delete. Your data is on your phone and under your control: you can export it at any time from Settings, and uninstalling the app erases it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the updated policy will be published at this same address. If a future version of Leeway ever collected anything, that would be an opt-in choice presented inside the app — not a quiet edit to this page.
